Tacos 101 is a California-style Latin food concept designed to bring fresh, bold, and approachable tacos to Central Florida. Inspired by the easygoing West Coast taco culture and the academic “101” spirit of learning, the brand connects with a wide community through flavor, design, and storytelling.
As Creative Director and Co-Founder, I led the entire brand and operational development — from concept and design to food trailer build-out, uniforms, packaging, and digital presence. Our goal: deliver an authentic-yet-modern Latin experience that resonates with both English- and Spanish-speaking audiences.
Built around quality ingredients, fast service, and a playful collegiate brand voice, Tacos 101 is expanding through a network of food trucks and a future commissary kitchen serving Florida and Georgia.
